put 1 lb. of popcorn in a large saucepan.
add 2 tbs. of butter, 1 4 qz. can of
mushrooms, 1/2 chopped onion, and
2 tbs. of minced garlic and sautee
over a medium heat. prepare 3 cups of
cooked rice. when shrimp are sauteed,
ADD TO RICE WITH SAUCE, AND ADD 1/2
OF SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE STIR OVER
LOW HEAT UNTIL MELTED AND ENJOY!!!
