VENISON SPEEDIES


I'm not going to make a separate page
for these recipes until you folks send
in some more -- this is the only one I have
complements of my brother-in=law dave.

Chop 3-4 lbs. of venison into 1-2 inch squares.
Marinade it in NY State Fair Speedi Sauce.
(this is basically Italian Dressing with
extra ingredients) for 24 hours.
Broil on open grill until done.

Serve on fresh Italian bread.

Add peppers, onions, cheese, etc. as
desired.
